Rego Park is in New York, in the Northeast, where four distinct seasons shape local life: hot humid summers, snowy winters that can close businesses for a day, and a dense pattern of towns where walking, transit and street parking all matter. US addresses list the street number and name, then the city, state abbreviation and ZIP code, and Rego Park follows the same pattern; a suite or apartment number such as Ste 200 refers to a unit inside the building. The map link on this page shows the exact spot.

I don’t usually buy breakfast here, but I stopped by to pick up a bagel with vegetable cream cheese for my elderly father. I understand that inflation is driving prices up, but I paid $6 for a bagel that had almost no cream cheese on it. For that price, I expected much better quality. It was a disappointing experience—make sure you check your food before driving away. I hope you can look into your portioning to ensure customers feel they are getting what they pay for.

Rego Bagels made customized blue and yellow bagels for me for a party I hosted. The bagels were very well-presented and fit my occasion. Rego Bagels delivered these bagels amongst many other items on their menu—salads, turkey, & cheese—in a timely fashion where everything was delivered very well. My order was complete and perfect. I recommend Rego Bagels to anyone, especially those who are looking for customized colored bagels. Fantastic job!

I ordered a chicken Caesar wrap, they gave me whole wheat wrap instead along with NO chicken and mostly lettuce. Was very disappointed because of the chicken portion. Will not be getting this wrap again.

I am writing to express how disappointed and surprised I am by the unprofessional experience I had at Rego Bagels. I placed an order through the app “To good to go” for pickup, and my credit card was charged. When I arrived at the store, the man behind the counter told me they “didn’t have the order anymore.” When I explained that my card should have been charged, he insisted that it was not and offered no real help or solution. Two days later, when I reviewed my credit card statement, I saw that I had in fact been charged for this order that I never received. For me, this is not about the amount of money; it is about the principle, professionalism, and credibility of your business. I expect a food establishment to be honest, accountable, and willing to correct mistakes, but instead I was treated dismissively and left to discover the charge on my own. This experience has seriously damaged my trust in your store.

My boyfriend ordered a bacon egg and cheese on an everything bagel, an order of onion rings, and a medium iced coffee with oat milk and door dashed it to me since we’re in a long distance relationship to try and cheer me up this morning. Well suffice to say my moods worse now than it was when I woke up. The bagel was tasteless and BURNT. I couldn’t finish it, so waste of almost FIFTEEN DOLLARS ($15) he spent. He added extra bacon for me ($3 extra), but the amount was exactly like what a woman had posted in her review suggesting they pocketed his money and gave him the same amount as a normal order. Adding lettuce was $0.75 for literally brown shredded lettuce… if that was from the grease and not the rotten lettuce, that’s awfully disgusting too. They also charge you $0.10 for toasting it… it’s actually ridiculous. Coffee was $7 for a medium iced coffee… it tasted watered down, with the only substance coming from the oat milk my boyfriend paid to add ($0.75, normal) Onion rings were disgusting. Not fresh. Charging $8 for frozen, nasty onion rings. I understand DoorDash increased the price on each of these items usually by a dollar per, but at least the quality had to be there. A

Pleasant staff and excellent service. Rego Bagel offers a wide assortment of bagels, spreads, and meats with plenty of mouthwatering combinations to choose from. It’s the perfect spot for a quick dine-in or takeout breakfast. The team is extremely efficient—orders are often ready by the time you complete your payment. Given the fast-paced New York lifestyle, Rego Bagel is an easy recommendation for anyone who enjoys great sandwiches or is deciding on a breakfast option. Don’t overthink it—just walk in.

For the amount of food it’s quite pricey but I don’t mind paying if it’s great quality. Now that in mind this was a disappointment. I placed an order for pick up and it was relatively quick, while it was rather empty and it wasn’t busy. You would think that the quality would be top notch. But alas, the overpriced breakfast burrito had a piece of hair in it. I didn’t even find it until two bites in and pulled out the hair with my teeth after biting my burrito. That’s really disgusting. Also ordered the omelette with sausage, peppers and onions. The omelette was a mess just tossed into a to go container. Also the omelette was dry and the peppers were still raw. The only positive note would be the OJ. Besides that this was a disappointment for a first time order.
